    1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
    1 1/2 cups (12 oz) clam juice
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 Tblsp cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tblsp water
    1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
    1 ounce light cream cheese (approx 2 Tblsp)
    1 lb extra-large shrimp (21-25/lb), peeled and deveined
    salt and pepper
