Not low cal at 522 per serving, but using low fat, lower calorie, low sugar, and whole wheat ingredients definately made this favorite much healthier than the original version! Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz whole wheat rotini, (spirals), cooked
    1 lb browned ground beef
    1 cup low fat sour cream
    1+1/2 cup no sugar added spaghetti sauce
    1 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1/2 cup shredded 2% cheddar
    1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella

Directions

Cook noodles and brown hamburger. Drain. Mix all ingredients except for cheeses. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with cheese. Bake for 60 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Makes 6 servings.
