Caramel-Glazed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients

    3 TBL. butter
    4 firm apples, halved & seeded
    1/2 C. brown sugar
    2 tsps. ground cinnamon, mixed with the brown sugar

Directions

Melt butter in 13 by 9in. baking pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter. Arrange apples, cut-side down over brown sugar. Bake approx. 20 min. until tender. Great with cool whip - nutrition info does not include cool whip.
