Low Carb and Low Fat Chicken Alfredo

Introduction

Adapted from another members recipe to be low carb and low fat. Adapted from another members recipe to be low carb and low fat.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 frozen chicken breast (cut in half)
    2 TBS Smart Balance "butter"
    8 Oz. Light Cream Cheese
    1 1/2 cups Fat Free Half and Half
    2 TBS Smart Balance "butter"
    2 Large Portabello Mushrooms (sliced)
    1 cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
    Garlic powder or clove

Directions

Brown the chicken breast in 2 T of butter over medium high heat remove chicken when down and add 2 T butter and the mushrooms, cook over low heat till tender.
Remove from skillet ,add 2 T butter, cream cheese and half and half cook over low heat stirring constantly (3-4 minutes) add garlic powder, chicken and mushrooms back to sauce let simmer 5 minutes on low and serve.
