Ingredients

1 cup nonfat milk
2 tbsp low-fat plain yogurt
2 tsp chocolate whey protein powder
1 banana
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 package sweetener
6 ice cubes
Directions
Blend milk, yogurt and protein powder in blender until smooth. Add banana, peanut butter, sweetener and ice cubes.
