Citrus Sea Scallops and Shrimp

Ingredients

    1/4 cup soy sauce
    Clove garlic
    Cilantro
    1 tsp sesame oil
    2 tsp sugar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup lime juice
    2 tsp ginger
    2 lbs sea scallops
    2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

Whisk together soy, garlic, lemon, lime, sugar, ginger and sesame oil. Add the scallops and marinate 5 minutes.

Heat 1/2 tsp vegetable oil in skillet and saute scallops until golden brown about 2-3 minutes per side. Sprinkle on Cilantro and serve.
