Pumpkin Chocolate Cheesecake Protein Drink

Submitted by: PLATSUZIE

Introduction

I substituted chocolate protein powder and suggested adding banana in lieu of ice cubes. I prefer eating with a spoon rather than drinking. (calorie count is off due to time constraints in posting)

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Shake
    ¼ cup pumpkin puree
1 cup skim or soy milk
1 scoop vanilla (or sub chocolate) protein powder (Nature’s Basket Whey protein uses stevia; thus has no artificial sweetners i.e. Splenda or Aspartame)
    ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 TBS cheesecake sugar free pudding mix POWDER (not the finished pudding)
    2-4 TBS Reddi Whip
1.5 cups ice cubes (or substitue frozen banana)
Place all seven ingredients into blender; process until slushy. Makes one serving.
