Cheesy Enchiladas

Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb lean ground beef
    8 mama Lupe's Low Carb Wheat Tortillas
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1 can enchilada sauce


Cook the ground beef, and simmer with enchilada sauce.

Spoon the mixture into tortillas, top with cheese, wrap, and put into baking dish seam side down.

Top with remaining cheese

Bake at 350 for 20 min or til cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of 2 enchiladas each
