Tuna Pasta Puttanesca

Ingredients

    8oz Barilla PLUS Penne or Rotini
    1 package/pouch Chunk Light Tuna in Water
    1 15oz can diced tomatoes
    1 handful pitted black olives (I used kalamata, just my preference!)
    1 TSP garlic, diced
    1 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

In a pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, put the EVOO and garlic in a pan and let the garlic cook for just a minute. Empty the pouch of tuna into the pan and break it up some. Add the tomatoes and olives and simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors "mingle". After draining the cooked pasta, return it to its pot and mix the sauce in. EAT!
