Chocolate Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Introduction

Super yummy smoothie for breakfast or snack. Even my pickiest eater loves it. For a richer more decadant treat I have used full fat greek yogurt instead of fat free. I add fiber, and you can substitute stevia for the sugar if you want too. Super yummy smoothie for breakfast or snack. Even my pickiest eater loves it. Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 servings (about 1.5c) greek yogurt, plain, fat free (I like the greek since its higher in protein)
    3/4 c frozen blueberries
    3 tbsp cocoa powder
    3 tbsp sugar
    1/2 c fat free milk
    1-2 cups ice
    3 tsp metamucil clear & natural fiber

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Puree, pour, serve

Serving Size: makes 3 servings
