These muffins are lightly sweetened and dense, and best of all, completely guilt-free! If your family isn't dieting and aren't fans of the muffins, make a streusel topping with some flour, brown sugar, and butter for theirs. Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup white all-purpose flour
    .25 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1.25 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix. Fold in blueberries. Do not overmix unless.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 36 mini muffins
