Introduction

Great for after a hard workout to rejuvinate you and your muscles Great for after a hard workout to rejuvinate you and your muscles
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 oz boneless, skinless, chicken breast
    1c. Apples, cubed
    1/3c. Craisins
    1/2c. Celery, diced
    1c. chopped tomato
    2tbsp raw onion, diced
    1/2c seedless green grapes
    1/2c. Almonds, slivered
    3tbsp Light Mayonaise
    4c Romaine Lettuce

Directions

Set aside lettuce.

Combine all ingrediaents in large bowl, mix together with mayoniase.

Serve over bed of lettuce.
