Introduction

Ingredients

    Shred 1/2 head of lettuce(s) of your choice in large salad bowl
    Add two shredded carrots
    Add 1/2 green pepper (~9 oz)
    4 Green onions, chopped
    I large cucumber, peeled and finely sliced
    2 medium tomatoes chopped
    2 TBSP olive oil
    1 cup vinegar of choice
    season with parsly flakes and italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix, toss and enjoy
