Introduction

A simple and low fat treat made with canned pumpkin and a chocolate cake mix. A simple and low fat treat made with canned pumpkin and a chocolate cake mix.

Ingredients

    1 18.25 oz. box Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
    1 15 oz. can Libby's Pure Pumpkin
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 -12 count muffin tins with cooking spray and set aside.
Thoroughly mix together cake mix, pumpkin, egg whites and water. Batter will be thick. Spoon batter evenly into prepared muffin tins; bake in the oven for 19-22 minutes.
