Introduction

This is my husband's favorite meatloaf. This is my husband's favorite meatloaf.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground beef 90/10
    1 lb. Ground Turkey 93/7
    1 can Hunts Seasoned Tomato Sauce for Meatloaf
    4 large egg whites, beaten
    1 cup quick cook oats - dry

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Mix together 1/2 can of sauce, ground beef, ground turkey, egg whites and oats. Place meatloaf mixture in loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour. Drain off grease. Top meatloaf with remaining sauce. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
