Introduction

So good for you and very delish!! Also very easy to make

I use my Vita Mix Blender for best results but I am sure any blender is better than no blender at all! Enjoy!!!

Ingredients

    1 cup grapes (with seeds)
3 Strawberries (with green tops on)
1/4 Orange ( peel outer skin keep pith)
2 wedges Pineapple ( no skin, keep core)
1 Kiwi ( skin on cut in half)
1 Lemon segment ( no peel or pith)
2 Lime segments ( no peel or pith)
1/4 cup Carrots ( skin on cut to baby size)
1/4 cup Red Cabbage ( Rough Chopped)
    1 handful Baby Spinach
! tbsp Xagave ( optional to taste)

    1. Add Water or Juiceupn to 10 oz line
    2. Press blend
    3. Add 2 cups ice(protein powder or flax seed,etc,)
    4. blend 50 seconds more

    Tips:

When you get home from the store wash and cut all your fruits and veggies. Fill Ziplock bags with pre made mixes. Keep half in the freezer and half in the refrigerator,so there is no waste.

Get green fruits(more green=more live enzymes)

If the skin is thick it can make you sick. If the skin is thin toss it in.

Stack soft food on bottom, hard on top.
