3 lb pork shoulder (butt)
4 cup chicken broth (hot)
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder (medium hot)
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp black pepper (ground)
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp sea salt (taste)
2. Add spices and lime juice to crock pot and mix well into chicken broth.
3. Add pork to crock pot.
4. Cover and cook on High for 4 to 6 hours or until most of water is reduced and a thick gravy like sauce forms.
5. Shred meat and mix into thickened cooking sauces.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
