Ingredients

    240 grams Very Lean Mince Beef
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 large whole (3" dia)
    1 medium Onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium
    1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers
    Tomato Paste, 0.25 cup
    1 tblspn Stevia
    2 tsp dried Italian Herbs
    VEGETA, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Sambal Olek, .50 tbsp
    Cornflour (UK), 20 g

Directions

Saute onion until soft, add mince, garlic and saute until mince is no longer pink. Add the rest of the ingredients (excluding the cornflour) and simmer until thick and cooked.

Mix the cornflour with a little water and mix into the sauce to thicken
