Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c. oat flour
    1/2 c. protein
    2 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1/8 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 c skim milk
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    pumpkin pie spice to taste

Directions

Beat eggs, add rest of wet ingredients, then dry. Cook in lightly oiled skillet.
