Introduction

I got this from a blog that i can't seem to find so i am posting the recipe so i'll be able to retrive it at random times in my life! Thanks to who ever originally made it! Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    .5 cup Beans, black
    1 tbsp **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) mixed with 1/3 tablespoon of water,
    1 tbsp Coconut Oil,
    .25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened,
    1 dash Salt,
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract,
    0.25 cup Turbinado sugar
    .5 tsp Baking Powder,
    1 tsp instant coffee
    1/4 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips,

Directions

mix it all ingredients except chocolate chips. in food processor or blender. stirr in chocolate chips and whatever you want to add at this point. stirring in the chocolate chips last. spoon into oiled mini cupcake tin
bake at 350 until brownies pull away from sides of tin ( approx 17 mins) let cool ( i store it in the freezer)
