Pumpkin Oats Pancakes

Introduction

These pancakes are delicious...eat them clean or add some maple syrup! These pancakes are delicious...eat them clean or add some maple syrup!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup dry oats
    1 cup mashed cook pumpkin
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder
    4 tsp Splenda sweetener
    0.5 cup sunflower seeds for topping

Directions

Mix all the ingredients except for the sunflower seeds in a blender. Add water for a more fluid texture.

Cook on a nonstick pan. Sprinkle each pancake with sunflower seeds just before flipping it over.

Serving Size: makes 12 medium sized pancakes
