Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb ground turkey/lean beef
    2 cans Rotel tomatoes
    1 cup red beans
    1 cup black beans
    1 tomato sauce
    1 pack McCormack's Slow Cooker seasonings
    1/3 cup chopped onions
    1/2 Pepper

Directions

Brown turkey in a skillet.

Add all ingredients to the crockpot, stir, and let cook for approximately 8 hours.

Add shredded cheese and/or light sour cream (not in calorie count).
