Honey Mustard Chicken with Sugar Snap PeasSubmitted by: NIKI778
3 bonesless skinless chicken breast halves chopped
1 24oz package frozen sugar snap peas (or about 2.5 cups fresh)
3 tbs honey
1/2 cup yellow mustard
5 tbs miracle whip
2) When chicken is no longer pink add pea pods.
3) In a small bowl mix honey, mustard, and miracle whip.
4) when pea pods are cooked stir in honey mustard sauce and heat until warmed through.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
Makes 4 1 1/2 cup servings.
