Ingredients

    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1 large banana, mashed
    1/2 old fashioned rolled oats
    2 tablespoons lowfat peanut flour (protein plus)
    1 tbls flax seed meal

Directions

mix oats, milk, and banana, and micowave on high for two minutes. Stir in peanut flour and flax. add water to thin, if needed.

Serving Size: makes 1 serving, approximately 1 cup
