Introduction

easy to make in the crock pot easy to make in the crock pot
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Large can of tomato Juice
    Small can of diced tomatoes - we prefer the kind with peppers and onions added
    2 Cans red Kidney beans (or your other favorite)
    1 lb ground beef - lean

    spices: add to taste
    Chili powder
    2 Bay leaves
    Oregano
    Galic powder
    Other options - basil, cocoa powder, red pepper flakes, tobasco

Directions

Brown beef. Add all to crock pot and let simmer on low all day. Great cold weather easy meal! If in a hurry can simmer on stove for a min of 1 hour.
