Peanut Butter Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Perfect to start your day or to energize before your workout!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 banana
    1 tbsp of peanut butter (I used peter pan whipped)
    1 serving of Chobani Greek Yogurt (You can use whatever flavor you like but strawberry tastes great!)
    4 ice cubes
    1/4 cup of skim milk

Directions

Place all ingredients into a small blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until all the ingredients blend togetgher. Pour into a cup and enjoy!!

    It's a really good way to up your protein with the Greek yogurt and peanut butter! I had energy all day! And it's pretty tasty!
