Forgotten Chicken

Introduction

Chicken and rice casserole made with Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup Chicken and rice casserole made with Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 C brown rice (uncooked)
    1 lb. Chicken breast (or chicken tenderloins)
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 1/2 cans of water (use mushroom soup can)
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 C frozen pearl onions
    1/2 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.

Thin out the soup with the water, and pour over rice, mushrooms, and onions in a casserole dish.

Top with the chicken, and the onion soup mix.

Bake in the oven for an hour and a half to 2 hours, or until chicken and rice are both done.
