Ingredients

    Smithfield Pork Sirloin Roast Boneless (serv size 4 oz), 32 oz (remove)
    HT 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth (14oz can), 14 oz (remove)
    Chobani greek nonfat yogurt plain (6oz), 6 oz (remove)
    Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil (serv size 1 Tbsp), 1.33 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 8 tsp
    Fat Free Sour Cream 4 oz

Directions

Brown pork in olive oil, then carmelize onions and mushrooms, add to crockpot, mix chicken broth and plain yogurt and pour overtop. Cook 3-4 hours in crockpot until fork tender.
