Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Introduction

A yummy treat on a cold day! A yummy treat on a cold day!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Chuck roast, cut into 1inch cubes

    1/4 cup flour

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp pepper

    1 clove garlic

    1 bay leaf

    1 tsp paprika

    1 tsp worcestershire sauce

    1 onion

    1 1/2 cups beef broth

    3 medium potatoes

    1/2 cup frozen, fresh or canned corn

    1 cup carrots, chopped

Directions

Put meat in slow cooker. In a bowl mix together flour, pepper and salt; pour over meat and stir.

Stir in garlic, bay leaf, paprika, sauce, broth and veggies.

Cover and cook on high for 4-6 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1.5 cup servings
