Introduction

This is so easy to put together and is delicious. Great super hot! Never a morsel left. This is so easy to put together and is delicious. Great super hot! Never a morsel left.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can Campbells French Onion Soup
    1 can Beef Consomme soup
    1 cup White Rice - not instant
    1 large jar mushrooms - do not drain
    1 large Onion (chopped)
    1 stick Butter, salted (I use a little less)

Directions

Pour all ingredients into a large sprayed casserole dish. Mix. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
