Just Bananas Muffins

Introduction

A low fat banana muffin with just bananas flour, milk, baking soda and baking powder. A bit of an experiment. A low fat banana muffin with just bananas flour, milk, baking soda and baking powder. A bit of an experiment.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    3 large Bananas- mashed
    1 Cup white flour
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp to 1-1/2 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp to 1-1/2 tsp
    2/3 Cup 2% Milk,
    1/3 Cup Water


Directions

Mash the bananas until smooth. Blend in Dry ingredients. Stir in Milk and water. Spoon into prepared muffin pans. Bake for 15- 20 min at 350F.

Serving Size: Makes 15 medium sized muffins or about a dozen large muffins
