Ingredients

    1 C grapes
    3 Whole Strawberries with green tops
    1/4 Orange (peel outer skin)
    2 Wedge Pineapple with core
    1/4 Apple with skin and core
    1 kiwi ( skin on cut in half)
    1 Lemon segment( no peel)
    2 Lime segments ( no peel)
    1/4 C Carrots with skin , cut into baby size
    1/4 C Red Cabbage ( Rough Cut)
    1 handful baby spinach or other leafy green
    1 tbsp Xagave ( optional to taste)
