Mash crackers. I put them in a ziploc and used a rolling pin to smash the crackers into crumbs then poured into a pan to coat fish. Season fish with lemon pepper and Mrs. Dash, press fish into cracker crumbs coating each side. Place fish on foiled lined pan and put small of the margerine on top of the breaded fish. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes until fish flakes easily. If you would like turn broiler on for last few minutes to make crispier.
