Ingredients

50g oats, 5g bran stick cereal, milk and water.
Directions
weigh the ingredients into a microwaveable bowl and then cook 2 mins then check and stir and then another 30-60 seconds should be enough. Add more water before second cooking if it's too dry for you. I have a 800watt oven and use 80% power for this. I find it too bleugh with only water but just a bit of milk makes it creamier. Very filling.
