Broccoli & Carrot Cream of Chicken Soup

Introduction

Just something I through together one day, and turned into a really good soup my whole family enjoyed. Just something I through together one day, and turned into a really good soup my whole family enjoyed.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
    1 cup water
    1 cup milk
    3 large baby carrots, grated
    1 cup broccoli chopped
    Cooked pasta noodles (spaghetti, fettuchini, or other pasta)
    pepper or other seasoning to taste

Directions

Cook pasta according to instructions, drain. Bring cream of chicken soup, water, broccoli, carrots, and seasoning to a boil, add noodles, let simmer till warm. Serve with saltines and/or sandwiches. Can use fat free or light ingredients for lower calorie recipe.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 1 cup servings
