3 cups of butternut squash cubed 2 small sweet potatoes (cubed) .5 sweet onion chopped in big peices 2 tbsp olive oil
spray pam on a oven pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. put Veggies on pan, put olive oil on veggies (mix well to make sure it is evenly coated with the olive oil). Put favorite seasonings (i used salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper). Bake for about 30-40 minutes checking and stirring every 10 minutes.
Serve as a side dish to your favorite protein meal.
