1 cup 1/2% Milk 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats 2 TBSP walnuts, chopped 1/2 banana, mashed 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place milk in a saucepan and heat over medium heat to a simmer. Add oatmeal, cinnamon, and walnuts to milk, simmer 5 minutes. In last minute of cooking, add banana. Turn off heat and cover for 2 minutes. Place in bowl and drizzle maple syrup over the top. Enjoy!
