Egg Salad (5 egg)

Ingredients

    5 egg whites, hard boiled, chopped
    2 egg yolks, hard boiled, chopped
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    30 g yellow mustard
    1 T Miracle While Light
    70 g green onions, sliced

Directions

Hard boil eggs (10 min) and peel. Soak in ice water 10-15 minutes to chill quickly.

Remove three egg yolks (not used). Combined with remaining ingredients. Divide in half (160 grams/5.8 oz) and enjoy on whatever you like (lite bread or wrap, celery, lite chips, scoops, etc: not in nutritional info).
