Ingredients

    2 cups self raising flour
    1 cup oatmeal
    3/4 cup superfine sugar
    2 1/4 oz butter melted
    2/3 cup milk
    2 eggs
    2 ripe bananas

Directions

mix dry ingredients
mix wet ingredients then add the wet to the dry. Fill muffin tin and bake at 415 for about 15 minutes.
