White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

    Beans, great northern, 7 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, .5 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Cook and shred chicken. Add onion and all seasonings to pot with 1 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add canned beans and tomatoes. Mix sour cream with remaining cup of water. Add to pot. Simmer and serve. Can top with cheese and tortilla chips, calories not included in amount listed.
