Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Potato, raw, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (Quartered)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup
    Onion powder, 1 tsp (about 1/2 on meat itself and the other 1/2 tsp over beans when added)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Oregano, ground, .25 tsp (just a dash, really)
    Allspice, .25 tsp (just a dash, really)
    Sprite, 2 oz (1/4 cup)

Directions

Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef rounds on bottom of pot.
Pour in water.
Use onion powder, ground cumin, Allspice, black pepper and a dash of red pepper flakes to season.
Wash & quarter potatoes and place around/on meat.
Drain two cans of green beans and pour in.
Sprinkle the whole thing with just a touch more onion powder.
Add 1/4 cup Sprite.
Cover and set on Low for about 10 hours or whatever suits your schedule best after about 6 hours...
