Pork Chile Verde

Ingredients

    3 LB pork roast - trimmed of fat
    1 can green enchilada sauce
    1 can diced green chiles
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 tsp cumin
    *optional - 2 cans white beans - not included in nutritional information

Directions

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Place pork roast in crockpot with onion, garlic, enchilada sauce and green chiles. Cook on LOW for 8 hours. Shred meat and stir.
