Introduction

Grapes in a creamy mixture. Makes a perfect snack or dessert. Grapes in a creamy mixture. Makes a perfect snack or dessert.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt (Plain)
    1 Package Non-fat Cream Cheese (room temp)
    1 Cup Splenda With Fiber
    (You can use a different sweetener if you choose, just be sure to recalculate calories & fiber)
    4-5 Cups Of Grapes- Recipe is calculated with 4.5

Directions

In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese and splenda until smooth, then add yogurt & mix well. Add grapes, I usually add 3 cups fold in, then if needed add 1-2 more cups. You want most of the mixture on the grapes not in the bottom of the bowl. Refrigerate if not being used immediately.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 servings
