Ingredients

    unripen honeydew melon
    sugar
    water

Directions

Prep time depends on long it takes to cut up a whole melon into bite size chunks. Put chunks in a medium bowl with a lid. Pour a cup of water over melon and sprinkle with 6 tsps of sugar. Can be stored for three days. The sugar and water create a light syrup.
