Sago pudding (great for fall)

Introduction

This pudding is amazing during winter evenings or during fall! You are welcome to increase the amount of sweetener or even substitute for brown sugar! This pudding is amazing during winter evenings or during fall! You are welcome to increase the amount of sweetener or even substitute for brown sugar!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup dry sago
    1 tbsp butter
    3 cups nonfat milk
    2 cups water
    5 tsp Splenda sweetener
    1 tsp cinnamon
    Vanilla essence

Directions

Warm milk and butter on stove till butter has melted
Soak sago in boiled water while waiting for milk to boil
When milk starts boiling add the sago with the water and keep stirring.
When the mixture gets thicker add the Splenda, cinnamon and vanilla essence.
Keep stirring until desired consistency is reached.
Enjoy warm or let it cool down as a summer dessert.
