Low Fat, Soy Country Fair Bread



Introduction

Low fat, low carb Country Fair bread made with 50% soy flour. Soy flour is higher in protein than whole wheat flour. Low fat, low carb Country Fair bread made with 50% soy flour. Soy flour is higher in protein than whole wheat flour.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    3 cups King Arthur unbleached flour, sifted
    1 cup Red Mill Soy flour, sifted
    0.75 cup Silk light plain soymilk
    1/3 cup Promise fat free margarine
    2.5 tsp Fleischman's dry yeast (bottle)
    1/4 cup warm water
    1 measure = egg Stop shop egg substitute

Directions

Blend flour, soy flour well.
Add promise spread with milk & egg to flour. Blend
Yeasr Mix= Add 1/4 cup warm water to yeast w/ 1 tsp flour, let rise a little then add flour blend.
Allow bread to rise to double size for 20-30 minutes.
Knead and place in one parchment lined 9" loaf pan
Allow to rise to top of loaf pan, bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.

Cool. Makes 12-16 slices of sandwich bread from each loaf.
