1.7 cup wheat bran, crude
1 cup whole wheat white, unbleached flour (King Arthur)
6 tsp baking powder (Arco)
2 tbsps Canola oil 1/4 cup Nulaid egg substitute
1/4 cup raisins (stop & shop)
1 tbsp walnuts pieces
2 tbsp honey
Let cool until room temperature and bottoms are no longer moist. When dry, store covered.
Add egg to Instant milk, blend thoroughly and add to dry ingredients and sugar mix.
Add raisins and drizzle honey. Mix.
Spoon into eco paper lined muffin cups, muffin tin-
sprinkle tops with walnuts.
Bake at 425 degrees Farenheit for 8 minutes. Finish baking at 375 degrees, another 15 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 8 large muffins, 157 cals each!!
