Slow cooker Johnsonville Sausages, minced garlic, diced chilies and Italian tomatoes with white beans... and whole grain Penne pasta - or as I like to call it, brown stuff.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

Johnsonville Italian Sausage HOT, 5 serving (1 package)
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Beans, white, 1 cup (1 can)
Diced Chilies, 8 serving (2 cans)
Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (2 cans)
    Garlic, 4 tsp
Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving (1 box)

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place sausages in bottom of pot and add water.
Sprinkle onion powder over the sausages.
Strategically place the minced garlic over the sausage links.
Slather the diced chilies over the garlic/sausage link area.
Pour in the two cans of Italian diced tomatoes with juice.
Drain the white beans and pour over top the tomatoes.
Cover and set on Low.

Shortly before dinner time (apx 10 minutes or so) boil the water and make the pasta per instructions on the box. We prefer al dente so it takes about 9 minutes cooking time...

Then, while the pasta is boiling, remove the sausage links from the pot and slice into medallions and return to pot. Stir and cover.

Once the pasta is done, drain and serve...

Then you eat it, stupid! Gosh! You'd never know that college just started back up, wouldja?!?!
