This recipes makes 50 oz when completed I weigh my finished product to get the best estimate for calories /oz.

This recipes makes 50 oz when completed I weigh my finished product to get the best estimate for calories /oz.

Number of Servings: 50

Ingredients

    1 lb of ground beef
    1 small onion chopped
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup water
    pepper to taste
    1 can LaChoy Chinese vegetables
    4 small potatoes or 10 oz raw. thinly slices

Directions

Brown 1 lb of lean ground beef. Drain and add one chopped small onion. cook until almost tender. Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Slice 4 small potatoes, thinly cut and add to ground beef mixture. Cover and cook about 15 min or until potatoes are done. Add drained 1 can of LaChoy Chinese vegetable. Heat until hot and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 50 oz and each oz is 26.6 calories.
