Trying to turn breakfast into a desert. Because the smoothies are cold and it's fall. I haven't tried this yet - If you want to, let me know how it turns out! Trying to turn breakfast into a desert. Ingredients

    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    1 cup water
    4 oz ff/sf butterscotch pudding, prepared
    1/8 tsp almond extract
    splenda/stevia (optional - not counted in nutrition info)
    chopped almonds (optional - not counted in nutrition info)

Directions

1. Prepare oatmeal according to package directions.
2. Stir in pudding and extract
3. Microwave for around 30 to 40 seconds
4. Sprinkle with almonds and splenda if desired
